3.Heat Treatment/Trattamento termico



Forging: 1.100~900°C

Annealing: heating to 800-850 ° C, staying at this temperature for two to four hours, let it gradually cool in the furnace.

Quenching: preheating to 550-600 ° C, heating to 950 ° C, and then heating to a: 1,220 ~ 1250 ° C; b: 1,200 ° C ~ 1230 ° C. Hardened in oil, but the oil temperature must first moisturize 40-60 ° C (a. general tools; b. complex forms of tools requiring toughness)

Tempering: heating to 550-570 ° C, staying at this temperature, then cooling in still air, tempering must be repeated twice

Hardness: HRC 63 ° C or more.
