440C is a commonly used martensitic high quality stainless steel with the highest hardness of all stainless steel and heat resistant steel. 3.Characteristic/Caratteristica:

4.Heat treatment/Trattamento termico:
1) Annealing, slow cooling at 800-920 ° C;
2) quenching, 1010 ~ 1070 ° C oil cooling;
3) Tempering, 100 ~ 180 ° C fast cooling.
Metallographic organization: The tissue is characterized by martensite type.
Delivery status: Generally delivered in heat treatment state, the type of heat treatment is indicated in the contract; if not specified, it is delivered in the state of no heat treatment.
